SHIPPING & RETURNS
The following terms only apply for items purchased online.
We use Australia Post Express Satchels for deliveries. Shipping is a $5 flat rate for all products. Please allow up to 24 hours handling time after the purchase of your product. Postage for metro areas is 1-2 business days, and 3-5 for rural areas.
If you wish to pick up your item in-store, enter the promo code "pickup" and please allow for handling time of up to 24 hours. You will still need to fill out the shipping information as part of proof of purchase.
If you wish to see if the product is available sooner than 24 hours post-purcahse please call the store and organise a time to pick the item up on (07) 3255 0177. Pick-ups will only be handed over with proof of purchase.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
With your package you will receive a return, exchange or store credit form to comply with, please fill in all the information needed and if you wish to exchange or would prefer store credit for your item. Exchanges and are subject to approval, and your product must be returned unworn, tags attached, unmarked and within 10 days of the order date.
If you wish to exchange your item, your purchase will be refunded in full and the new item will be charged to your provided account.

Shipping Within Australia:
Don't Tell Boutique uses Australia Post Express Shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, postage for metro areas is 1-3 business days, and 3-6 for rural areas.
Products Missing From An Order:
Should for any reason there be a missing product from your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call the shop on (07) 3255 0177 immediately - have your order number ready when you call so that we can investigate the mistake.
Processing Of Orders:
We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Queensland.
Once you have been through the check out you will receive a confirmation email of your order. You will also receive an email when your item has been shipped along with an Aus Post tracking number.

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Upstairs Menswear is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
Upstairs Menswear accept payments from Visa/Mastercard. Once your order has been processed you will receive a receipt in your email.
